This article details how to use Microsoft's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
Register with Microsoft's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
You can now reset, unlock or change your NVCC network/email password without contacting the Help Desk using Microsoft's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
You must register to use the self-service password reset.
Reset Your Password
After you register, if you ever forget your NVCC password, you can reset it again yourself. You can also select Can't access your account? on the email login page to reset or unlock your account.
