Overview

This article details the steps to print from a mobile device.

Print from a Mobile Device

  1. Send an email from your email account to ACEPrintMobile@nvcc.edu. Note: Your email may need to be registered.

  2. Enter a Subject Line (optional).

  3. Attach the file to be printed. Supported formats include: Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, Images (JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP), text (CSV, RTF, TXT), and Visio. Note: Both the attachment and the body of the email will be available for print.

  4. Tap Send and go to the nearest Canon printer to release your print job.

Release a Print Job

  1. Swipe your card or touch the screen to log in. Your card balance will be shown. Press OK.

  2. Select Print Release to access your print jobs.

  3. Select a print job and choose one of the following options: Delete, Print or Print All.

  4. Select Log Out when finished seen in the lower right of the display.
