This article details the steps to resolve a new employee IT account request error.

Steps

If you need to request any other type of new hire outside of Contractor or Adjunct Faculty, you will need to contact HR DataOps for assistance (DataOps@nvcc.edu).

If you attempt to submit a New Employee IT Account request via the IT Accounts Request Form (105-045), you will receive an error message re-directing you to email DataOps@nvcc.edu.
