This article details the steps to complete a Nelnet access request.
Go to https://eforms.nvcc.edu/FormsLibrary/Dashboard.aspx
Enter your NVCC username (your local username, not your NVCC email address) and password.
Click the Log in button.
The Forms Library dashboard displays. Select the eForms pane to view the forms.
Click the IT Accounts Request link.
The form displays. Select Change an Employee IT Account from the Reason drop-down.
Select an Effective Date. Please note that it must at least be tomorrow’s date or later.
Your information should auto-populate but please go over this carefully and make any necessary changes. Select your Administrative Unit from the drop-down.
Under Application Type, you will notice that Nelnet is not in the drop-down. Select Other from the Application Type drop-down.
Select Unlisted (Use NOTES Below) from the Application Name drop-down.
Select Add Access from the Action drop-down.
Click the Add to Cart button.
Please Request Nelnet Access in the Notes field.
Carefully review your request information and then click the Next button.
The Success confirmation dialog displays. The form will be sent to your supervisor for approval. Click the Cancel button to exit or the Submit New Request button to submit another request.
