Use the Passport Parking Hourly Bundle

Overview

This article details the steps to use the Passport Parking Hourly Bundle.

Note: If paying through Passport, you may only park in the Student Lot and Hourly spaces.

Steps

1. Download the Passport Parking app on your smart phone through the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play Store (Android).

2. Open the app. Enter your mobile phone number and then press NEXT.

3. Enter the code from the text message you should have received after completing Step 2 and then press VERIFY.

4. Create a four (4) digit security PIN for your account and then press VERIFY.

5. Accept the terms and conditions by pressing ACCEPT.

6. Once parked on campus, press NEW SESSION to begin your parking session.

7. Select the zone number for the campus at which you are parked and then press the  checkmark at the bottom.

8. Select a vehicle or add one to your account by pressing NEW.

9. Enter your vehicle information and then press SAVE VEHICLE.

Note: Ensure that all information is correct; any mistakes/typos can lead to a citation.

10. Select your vehicle.

11. Press CONTINUE.

12. Press View Offers to check pre-funded wallet offers for this zone.

13. Select the bundle you want and press Add Payment to set your credit card for the payment. If your credit card is already set, press Select Wallet.

14. Press Confirm Payment.

15. Bundle hours will then be available to use from your Passport wallet account for hourly parking on campus. Please enter the amount of time you stay for each visit on campus and the time you selected for your session will be deducted from your pre-funded wallet.

Note: Any remaining balance may be used in future semesters.

Note: All sales are final after first use. No prorated refunds.

Note: Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card are accepted.
