Remove a Vehicle from Your Account

Overview

This article details the steps to remove a vehicle from your account.

Steps

  1. To remove a vehicle from your account, go to https://www.nvcc.edu/student-resources/parking and select Manage Account.

  1. Click the myNOVA Login button.

  1. Log in using your myNOVA username and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  1. Select Permits from the menu and then select View Your Permits.

  1. Select the Permit Number of your active parking permit.

  1. Click the Delete button for the vehicle you would like to remove.

Note: There must be at least one vehicle linked to an active account at all times. If you only have one vehicle associated with your account, please add another vehicle before removing. If you would like to have a vehicle removed from your account entirely, please visit a campus Parking Services office or email parking@nvcc.edu.

  1. Click the OK button to verify the vehicle will be removed from your account.

Note: If you would like to add a new vehicle to your account, go to Step 8.

  1. Click the Add Vehicles To Permit button at the bottom of the Your Permit Details page.

  1. To add an existing vehicle, select the checkbox next to the Plate Number and then click the Add the selected vehicle button. To add a vehicle that is not already on your account, click the Add a new vehicle button.

Note: Enter the license plate numbers correctly to avoid citations.
