Directions for Having Your NOVA ID Card Coded for Gaining Access to the Adjunct Office Key Box
Individuals who require access to keys in a Traka Box must complete Form 105-156 – Key and Electronic Door Access Request Form. To ensure the request is completed in a timely manner, please ensure that all information is included in the request.

Go to the NVCC College Forms Library:
The direct link to the Forms Library has been embedded for your convenience.

Click on "Forms for Faculty/Staff."

Click on Form 105-156 – Key and Electronic Door Access Request Form.
The easiest way to find the form is to type “Key” in the search bar.
You can also click the number, and it will sort the forms numerically.

Sign in with your NVCC credentials:
As this is an online form, you will need to log in with your NVCC email address and password.

Requests can be completed on an individual’s behalf:
If submitting on behalf of someone else, enter the requestor's email address in the form.
Requested Room Information – Please Complete Fully:

Campus:
Select the campus where the Key Box is located.

Building:
Select "Key Box" from the options. This allows us to sort by Key Box to provide access.

Room:
Choose the room where the Traka Box is located.
Note: Some campuses may have more than one Key Box location.

Comments:
State the room number that the individual will need to access.
Note: If this information is not included, access will be delayed as we determine which rooms are needed.
You may request more than one key from the Traka Box per request, but we will not grant access to all keys in a Traka Box to ensure the security of the campuses
