Overview
The Overnight Parking Request is submitted to Police Dispatch for instances where a Student or Faculty/Staff member must leave their vehicle overnight for a specific reason (e.g. the vehicle is disabled and awaiting a tow, travel for a College-sponsored event, etc.). Police Dispatch will forward the information to Parking Services, who will verify whether or not a NOVA permit is assigned to the vehicle. If no permit is assigned, a temporary Overnight Permit will be issued by Parking Services.
