Request Funds From Family and Friends Through NOVACard Online

Overview

This article details the steps to request funds from family and friends through NOVACard Online.

Steps

  1. Log into the NOVACard Online Website with your myNOVA (VCCS) username and password.

  1. Select Personalize and then select Request Money.

  1. Enter the required information and then click the Send Request button. 

Enter requested information and click Send Request button

  1. An email will be sent with the request and instructions on how they can deposit the funds.
