This article details the steps to invite participants to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

Follow these steps to invite participants to the scheduled Zoom meeting:

Access Zoom following these steps.

Click the Outlook Calendar (.ics) button.

Click the Save button.

Select the downloaded ics file at the bottom of the page.

Click the Invite Attendees button in the Outlook Appointment.

Click the To button to invite attendees and then click the Send button to send the Zoom meeting invitation.
