Overview
This article details the steps to enter a mobile number and alternate email in myNOVA (VCCS). This is required to set up and use myNOVA (VCCS) Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
Steps

Go to https://nvcc.my.vccs.edu/.

Enter your myNOVA (VCCS) username and then click the GO button.

Enter your myNOVA (VCCS) password and then click the GO button.

Click the 
icon at the top of the Applications page and then select Profile Settings.

Click the Edit Profile button.

Enter a mobile phone number and alternate email address.

Click the Save button.
