Overview
NOVA’s Canvas & Educational Technology Support Services (CETSS) does not have access to provide support for third-party publisher apps because these tools are externally managed by their respective vendors. Access to many of their support resources, troubleshooting tools, and proprietary documentation is restricted to their own support teams. Additionally, configurations, licensing, and account management for these apps are handled directly between the publisher and the institution or individual instructors.
If you have a question about how to use a specific app, contact a publisher’s rep or your Dean’s office for more information.
