A central index of official Claude documentation and training, plus Claude resources produced by colleges and agencies across the system, with the criteria a submitted resource must meet to be listed.
Overview
This article is a repository. The first section points to Anthropic's own documentation and training, which is the authoritative source for how the products work. The second section collects materials that VCCS colleges and agencies have produced about their own use of Claude, so that work done at one institution is discoverable by all of them. System entries are added as they are submitted and reviewed.
Assumption
You are a VCCS employee at a college, the Shared Services Center, or the System Office with an active Claude Enterprise account provisioned through your agency group.

Start here for product behavior, features, and training. These pages change often, so treat them as current over anything summarized locally.
Training
- Claude Academy is Anthropic's free, self-paced course catalog covering everyday use, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Agent Skills, MCP, and the Claude API. Courses are free and issue a completion certificate. Note that a course being free does not mean the product it covers is included in your license.

Policy and privacy
Anthropic's policies apply on top of, not instead of, VCCS and agency policy. Where they differ, follow the stricter rule and ask your agency's technology leadership.

What qualifies for inclusion
The criteria below apply to the system section. A resource belongs here when it meets all of the following:
- System origin. It was created by or for a VCCS college, the Shared Services Center, or the System Office, or it documents how Claude is being used at one of those institutions.
- Reflects real practice. It describes work that has been done or is actively in progress, not a proposal or a vendor pitch.
- Reusable. Another institution can read it and apply something from it without private context, local credentials, or a walkthrough from the author.
- Free of sensitive data. It contains no student or employee records, no personally identifiable information, no credentials or secrets, and no data restricted by FERPA, contract, or agency policy.
- Cleared for sharing. The author or the owning agency has approved sharing it system-wide.
- Owned and current. A named point of contact is responsible for the resource and can update or retire it when it goes stale.
Submitting a resource
- Confirm the resource meets every criterion above.
- Remove or redact anything sensitive, including screenshots that show real records.
- Submit a ticket through the VCCS service portal with the resource attached or linked, the owning institution, and a one sentence description.
- Watch for follow up. Submissions are reviewed before they are added, and you may be asked to adjust scope or redact further.
Maintenance
Entries are reviewed periodically. A system entry is removed when its owner requests it, when the practice it documents is no longer in use, or when the link no longer resolves. Official links are checked at the same time, since Anthropic reorganizes its documentation domains occasionally.
