Retrieve Your Forgotten myNOVA (VCCS) Username

Overview

This article details the steps to retrieve your forgotten myNOVA (VCCS) username.

Steps

1. Open your web browser and go to https://nvcc.my.vccs.edu/.

2. Select the Forgot Username? link.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Click the SEND button.

5. Your myNOVA (VCCS) username is sent to the email address associated with your account.

6. Check your email to retrieve your myNOVA (VCCS) username.

7. Click the GO button to return to the myNOVA (VCCS) login and login with myNOVA (VCCS) retrieved username and password.
