What is it?
This service allows FPSS contractors to request assistance with creating and validating VCCS credentials that are required to authenticate to the Services Portal in order to access eForms used by their department.
Contractors have already been provided the instructions for the self-service VCCS account creation process.
NOTE: the self-service VCCS credential account creation process will default new accounts to a 'Student' profile in the Services Portal once the user has successfully authenticated to the portal. See Step 2 in the How Do I Use It section below regarding how to get your profile updated to allow access to the FPSS eForms.

FPSS contractor employees.
How Do I Use It?
1. Click the Credential Help button on this page to access the request form.
2. Identify whether you need: A) assistance with the self-service VCCS credential account creation process, or B) you have created the VCCS credentials and successfully authenticated to the Services Portal and now need your Client profile configured to allow access to the eForms located in the FPSS service catalog.
3. Submit the request form. Once received by Customer Engagement, a representative from the team will contact you to help resolve your issue.
