myNOVA (VCCS) Account Request

What is it?

myNOVA (VCCS) accounts are used to access NOVAConnect (Student Information System), Student Email, Canvas, and Library Services. 

Who is Eligible to Use It?

Students, Faculty, and Staff may all request myNOVA (VCCS) accounts if they were not automatically provisioned during their enrollment (Student) or on-boarding process (Faculty/Staff). 

Where Can I Get It?

Students are provisioned myNOVA (VCCS) accounts as a result of a successfully complete student application.  If you are enrolling for the first time and need to submit an application, please navigate to the: https://www.apply.vccs.edu/applications/vccs/apply.html?application_id=4089 and click on APPLY NOW.  First time users will be requested to create an account. 

Faculty and Staff require supervisor approval and will have the request submitted on their behalf via electronic form 105-045.

How Do I Use It?

Student enrollment applications are self-directed. Once completed, you will receive instructions on how to leverage your myNOVA account credentials and information on what services you will have access to. 

Faculty and Staff accounts will be provided via email once the account request has been approved and processed.
