Printer Troubleshooting

What is it?

Request assistance with any errors you receive while printing from a local (private) or networked (shared) printer in your office.  This service supports business office printers, not ACEPrint enabled printers. 

Who is Eligible to Use it?

Faculty and Staff.

How Do I Use It?

After your request has been received a representative from your campus IT department will reach out to assist you. 

Please have the printer manufacturer name, model number or NOVA assigned device name available once you are contacted.
