What is it?
NOVA community members need an efficient and reliable way to communicate to their colleagues and cohorts via email. Email distribution lists ensure that your messages will reach the intended community via a simple and intuitive way of identifying your target audience.
Distribution lists are supported via multiple platforms. IT will determine which is the most appropriate platform for your needs.
Who is Eligible to Use It?
Students, Faculty, and Staff members are all entitled to request and manage email distribution lists.
Where Can I Get It?
Click the Request Distribution List action button on this page.
You will be redirected to the IT Accounts Request Form (105-045). Once in the electronic form, select Resource Mailbox and then submit the form.
An automated response will be delivered via email that will allow you to check the status of the request until it is completed.
How Do I Use It?
Instructions regarding how to manage the list will be provided to you once it has been approved and deployed.
