Microsoft OneDrive

What is it?

Microsoft OneDrive is a file hosting service that enables users to share and synchronize their files. OneDrive allows users to access, edit, and share files on a variety of supported devices: Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, Apple iOS, and Google Chrome/Android.    

Who is Eligible to Use It?

Faculty and Staff are eligible to use this service. 

Where Can I Get It?

OneDrive is included in the standard license and provisioned when your NVCC LAN Account is created.

How Do I Use It?

Students: OneDrive will be available via the Microsoft 365 portal: www.office.com. Students should use their full VCCS email address as your username (ex. VCCS username@email.vccs.edu) and VCCS password to login. Then follow Microsoft’s directions to set up the software. This link and instructions are also provided inside of Canvas.

Faculty and Staff: OneDrive is available as part of the standard Microsoft 365 license bundle configured on your NVCC issued computing device.
