View the Service Catalog

Overview

This article details the steps to view the Service Catalog in the NOVA Services Portal to explore available IT services.

Steps

  1. Go to the NOVA Services Portal: https://services.nvcc.edu/

  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.

  1. Enter your myNOVA (VCCS) username and then click the GO button.

  1. Use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to login. Please refer to MFA for myNOVA (VCCS) for the detailed steps.

  2. Once authenticated, select Services in the navigation bar.

  1. The Service Catalog page displays, listing available IT services by category, popular services, and your recently visited services. Select a Service Catalog category to view the additional sub categories.

  1. Select the IT service to view the service details.

  1. You can access any related forms, share it, or add it to your favorites to bookmark it for easier access.

  1. You can select Search below the navigation bar to display the Search page in order to perform a search for a service.
