Overview
This article details the steps to clear the cookies/cache from your Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox web browser.
Google Chrome
-
Open the Google Chrome web browser.

Click the three-dot
icon in the top right corner of the web browser.

Select Delete browsing data (Ctrl + Shift + Del) in the drop-down menu.

Leave the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes selected.
-
Select the timeframe for cookies/cache to be cleared in the Time range field.

Click the Delete data button to clear the cookies/cache from the web browser.

Microsoft Edge
-
Open the Microsoft Edge web browser.
-
Click the three-dot
icon in the top right corner of the web browser.
-
Select History (Ctrl + H) in the drop-down menu.

Click the Trash
icon in the History dialog.

Leave the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes selected.
-
Select the timeframe for cookies/cache to be cleared in the Time range field.

Click the Clear now button to clear the cookies/cache from the web browser.

Mozilla Firefox

Open the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
-
Click the three-line
icon in the top right corner of the web browser.
-
Select History in the drop-down menu.

Select Clear recent history in the drop-down menu.

Leave the Cookies and other site data and Temporary cached files and pages checkboxes selected.

Select the timeframe for cookies/cache to be cleared in the When field.

Click the Clear button to clear the cookies/cache from the web browser.
