Change Your myNOVA (VCCS) Password

Overview

This article details the steps to change your myNOVA (VCCS) password.

Steps

1. Open your web browser and go to https://nvcc.my.vccs.edu/.

2. Login using your myNOVA (VCCS) credentials and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

3. Click the  icon at the top of the Applications page and select Change Password.

4. Enter your current password.

5. Enter and confirm your new password based on the following password security standards:

Your new password MUST be:

• 8-32 characters long

• Minimum 1 uppercase letter

• Minimum 1 lowercase letter

• Minimum 1 number

• Minimum 1 special character

Do NOT use:

• First Name
• Last Name

6. Click the Save button.

7. A message displays stating the password change is complete. Click the Save button.
