Overview

This article details the steps to use the Passport Parking App.

Note: If paying through Passport, you may only park in the Student Lot and Hourly spaces.

Steps

  1. Download the Passport Parking app on your smartphone through the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play Store (Android).

  1. Open the app. Enter your mobile phone number and then press NEXT.

  2. Enter the code from the text message you should have received after completing Step 2 and then press VERIFY.

  1. Create a four (4) digit security PIN for your account and then press VERIFY.

  2. Accept the terms and conditions by pressing ACCEPT.

  1. Once parked on campus, press NEW SESSION to begin your parking session.

  2. Select the zone number for the campus at which you are parked and then press the checkmark at the bottom.

  1. Select a vehicle or add one to your account by pressing NEW.

  2. Enter your vehicle information and then press SAVE VEHICLE.

Note: Ensure that all information is correct; any mistakes/typos can lead to a citation.

  1. Select your vehicle.

  2. Press CONTINUE.

  1. Verify all the information is correct and then press Setup Payment.

  2. Press  on the top right corner.

  1. Press Credit Card to add a card to your account or press Pre-funded wallet to use an hourly bundle.

Note: For more information on hourly bundles, please see How to Use the Passport Parking Hourly Bundle.

  1. After pressing Credit Card, enter your card information and then press SAVE CARD.

Note: Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card are accepted.

  1. Once your payment type is saved, press Add Payment to select your payment type.

  2. Once your payment type is selected, press Confirm Payment. Your session will begin and a prompt will display with your expiration time. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email on your account.
