What is it?
If you do NOT have a computer, and you need to take a Zoom class or an exam, you are welcome to reserve a computer to use in AA343C.
a. Same-Day Requests: If you need a computer for attending a Zoom class or to take an exam in room AA 343C TODAY, please visit our staff in room AA 343. We strive to accommodate same-day requests based on availability.
b. Future Bookings: If you need a computer for attending a Zoom class or taking an exam in room AA 343C tomorrow or later, complete our online form below. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.
c. Open Hours: M-F, 9am - 5pm
d. Reservation Policy: If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
The computer room AA343C is equipped with 4 computers, allowing up to 4 students to use the room simultaneously.
- If only one student requests to use the room, they are welcome to use it alone.
- If multiple students request to use the room, up to 4 students will be accommodated at the same time.
Please note that the room cannot be reserved for individual use when other students also need access.
Who is Eligible to Use it?
This service is available to all NOVA students and it is only offered at the Alexandria Campus.
