Password Reset - myNOVA (VCCS) Account

What is it?

Instructions for resetting or changing your myNOVA (VCCS) account password. 

Who is Eligible to Use It?

Students, Faculty, and Staff with an existing myNOVA (VCCS) account are eligible to use this service. 

Where Can I Get It?

Click the myNOVA (VCCS) Account Password Reset button in the upper right corner of this page. 

How Do I Use It?

After you are directed to the self-service password portal, follow the instructions on how to reset the password for your account.

Note: You may have to authenticate with the myNOVA (VCCS) self-service portal prior to gaining access. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, please respond to push notifications sent to your mobile device. 

Supported MFA technologies are:

Push Notification: Rapid Identity mobile app

Text Notification (SMS)

Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP)
