Instructions for resetting or changing your myNOVA (VCCS) account password.
Who is Eligible to Use It?
Students, Faculty, and Staff with an existing myNOVA (VCCS) account are eligible to use this service.
Where Can I Get It?
Click the myNOVA (VCCS) Account Password Reset button in the upper right corner of this page.
How Do I Use It?
1. Enter your Username
2. Select 'Go'
3. on the next page, select: 'Forgot Password'
4. Follow the instructions from there. A one-time passcode will be delivered to your mobile device you registered with your account, or possibly to the original non-vccs/nvcc.edu account used to register for classes at NOVA.
