What is it?
Students, Faculty, and Staff can submit the IT Support Request Form to log an IT support request for the following issues:
Faculty and Staff can submit the Faculty and Staff: Audio-Visual Service Call (105-404) to request for AV equipment support for classrooms and conference rooms.
Who is eligible to use it?
Students, Faculty, and Staff are eligible to this service and submit an IT Support Request Form. The Audio-Visual Service Call (105-404) can only be submitted by Faculty and Staff members to have Campus IT at your location assist with the set-up or troubleshooting of AV equipment for classrooms and conference rooms.
Where Can I Get It?
Students, Faculty, and Staff must submit a request for IT support using the IT Support Request Form. If the request was submitted during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM), IT Help Desk Agents will address the request within one business day. Requests submitted outside normal business hours will be addressed the next business day. These times may vary depending on request volume.
If you are unable to phone the IT Help Desk or authenticate to the NOVA Services Portal, please submit a request through IT Help Desk After-hours Support.
Faculty and Staff must submit a request for AV equipment support for classrooms or conference rooms using the Audio-Visual Service Call (105-404). The Campus IT Staff of the requested location coordinates the completion of the request. Please refer to the Audio-Visual Service Call Request (105-404) Process.
