Persons awaiting in-person service from advising, counseling and support service personnel. This queue management platform is provided by QLESS. 

Who is Eligible to Use it?

All Students, Staff and Faculty.

Follow the instructions regarding your preferred appointment booking method. 

How Do I Use It?

Use NOVAQ to check in on your smartphone, campus kiosk, your computer, text message or by calling the automated phone line. 

After you have submitted your appointment request, you will be entered into a virtual queue and be contacted via your mobile device with a notification that your appointment is available.
