What is ACEPrint?
ACEPrint is NOVA's managed print service for campus members that require on-premise printing, copying and scanning of documents.
It is a fee-based service, allowing for submission job print jobs from campus PCs, email, the My Print Center portal or from the Pharos mobile app.

Who is Eligible to Use ACEPrint ?
Students, Faculty/Staff and and Guests that have registered an account.

Alternatively, you can navigate to and then bookmark the My Print Center URL at: https://aceprint.nvcc.edu/myprintcenter/
How Do I Use ACEPrint?
Log in using your myNOVA or Canvas Account username and password. (If you are a guest and you created a guest account already, your log in is your email and password that is associated with your guest account).
Submit your job ACEPrint from anywhere, then go to any ACEPrint device on any campus and release your print job via your NOVAcard or a QR code from the Pharos mobile app.

If you are cannot successfully access the print service portal or contact the ACEPrint support center, users can submit a ticket to the IT Help Desk at: Submit a Ticket
Once in the form, select Main Issue as Printer, provide the additional required information and submit your ticket.

Bulk printing services are provided by Marketing and Creative Services. Requests for this service can be submitted at the NOVA Printing Services portal found at: https://nvcc-webcrd.nvcc.edu/open/login
