Phone and Teams Voice

What is it?

The College is transitioning from Cisco phones to Microsoft Teams Voice. 

Who is Eligible to Use It?

Microsoft Teams Voice services will be offered to full-time faculty and staff who currently have Cisco phone services. Employees will keep their current phone numbers.  Most users will switch from using a physical desk phone to a software-based phone referred to as a softphone using the MS Teams app which is already installed on college-issued devices. If your supervisor determines a physical desk phone is required for your job function, there will be options available.
