Use NOVA Cisco Phone Voicemail

Overview

This article details the steps to use NOVA Cisco phone voicemail.

Note: The College is transitioning from Cisco phones to Microsoft Teams Voice. Phone services will be provisioned based on the migration status of your campus or department. Please visit NOVAnet for more information on the Microsoft Teams Voice project.

Access NOVA Cisco Phone Voicemail

  1. Dial your 10-digit desk phone number.

  2. Press * (star key) when Connection answers/Greeting begins.

  3. Enter your ID (5-digit extension) and press # (pound key).

  4. Enter your Voicemail PIN (same as what you enter at desk phone) and press #.

Check Messages by Using the Cisco Phone Keypad

  1. Call and sign into Connection.

  2. At the Main menu, select the applicable menu option: Play New Messages or Review Old Messages.

  3. Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your messages.
