Use NOVA Voicemail

Overview

This article details the steps to use NOVA voicemail.

Access NOVA Voicemail

1. Dial your 10-digit desk phone number.

2. Press * (star key) when Connection answers/Greeting begins.

3. Enter your ID (5-digit extension) and press # (pound key).

4. Enter your Voicemail PIN (same as what you enter at desk phone) and press #.

Check Messages by Using the Phone Keypad

1. Call and sign into Connection.

2. At the Main menu, select the applicable menu option: Play New Messages or Review Old Messages.

3. Follow the prompts to listen to and manage your messages.
