Search the Knowledge Base

Overview

This article details the steps to search the Knowledge Base in the NOVA Services Portal for instructional articles and self-help solutions.

Steps

  1. Go to the NOVA Services Portal: https://services.nvcc.edu/

  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.

  1. Enter your myNOVA (VCCS) username and click the GO button.

  1. Use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to login. Please refer to MFA for myNOVA (VCCS) for the detailed steps.

  2. Once authenticated, click the Knowledge Base button or select Knowledge Base in the navigation bar.

  1. The Knowledge Base page displays, listing available articles by category, popular articles, and your recently visited articles. Select a Knowledge Base category to view the additional sub categories.

  1. Select the article link to view the article.

  1. You can view a PDF version of the article, subscribe to alerts for any changes, share it, print it, or add it to your favorites to bookmark it for easier access.

  1. You can select Search below the navigation bar to display the Search page in order to perform a search for an article.
