This article details the steps to attach a screen capture to an email or ticket.
Select Attach file in the Insert Ribbon in the Outlook Message and then select an attachment option.
Browse to select the screen capture you want to attach to the email.
Click the Open button to attach the screen capture to the email.
Make sure the screen capture is attached to the email and there are no error messages. You may compose and send the email like normal.
Scroll to the bottom of the ticket form.
Click the Browse button under the Attachment or Screenshot? field.
Browse to select the screen capture you want to attach to the ticket.
Click the Open button to attach the screen capture to the ticket.
Make sure the screen capture is attached to the ticket and there are no error messages. You may complete and submit the ticket like normal.
