-
As with a traditional Computer Lab, there are a limited number of available seats. As a courtesy, you should try to limit your time on the virtual applications to allow other students an opportunity to use the software.
-
Once you close an application, there is an automatic 15-minute idle timeout feature to release the session to another student.
-
The virtual desktops reset after each session
-
and your data cannot be saved to the virtual computer lab environment. You need to SAVE your work early and often using your local hard drive or an external storage device (e.g., thumb drive/USB key) or cloud storage solutions like Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
