Overview
This article details the steps to provision NOVACard Mobile on Apple and Android devices.
Provision your NOVACard on a Apple Device
- Download the Atrium Campus Connect App from the Apple Store.

- Open the Atrium App, enter your NVCC email address (faculty and Staff) or VCCS email (Students), and click on “Find Me”.

- The app will find the College associated with email. Please ensure NOVA is indicated on the sign in site and select “Next”.


- Please continue signing in with Single Sign On (SSO). Please enter your My Nova Username and Password.

- Upon logging in, the app will display your NOVACard information. Please select the “Settings” option at the bottom right corner of the page.
- Next select "Credentials".

- Please select the Device you will be configuring. Note: You may configure one iPhone and one iwatch Device.

- Follow the steps on your device to add the NOVACard to your Wallet.


- Once the NOVACard has been added you should see the Phone credentials as active.

- For iPhones devices: To activate express mode, please select the Wallet App. Note: Express Mode allows your device to work by sampling holding it near a reader, without having to unlock your phone or requiring Face ID.

- Once the card has been added to your Wallet, select the information Icon. Note: On some iPhones it will show up as three dots icon.

- In the menu, please ensure the Express Mode is enabled.

- Confirm Express Mode. Your Mobile Credential is now active and it is ready to use.

Provision your Mobile NOVACard on an Android
- Download the Atrium Campus Connect App from the Google Play Store.

- Open the Atrium App, enter your NVCC email address (faculty and Staff) or VCCS email (Students), and click on “Find Me”.

- The app will find the College associated with email. Please ensure NOVA is indicated on the sign in site and select “Next”.


- Please continue signing in with Single Sign On (SSO). Please enter your My Nova Username and Password.

- Upon logging in, the app will display your NOVACard information. Please select the “Credentials”.

- Next click on Mobile Credentials to activate the NFC mobile credential.

- Your Mobile Credential is now active and it is ready to use. Note: Clicking Active on either ID Card or Mobile Credentials will deactivate it (used if a card or phone is lost/stolen). Click again to reactivate.
