Accessibility Services
Report an Accessibility Issue — NOVA strives to ensure that all digital and physical resources are accessible to everyone. Accessibility is a shared responsibility, and your input helps us improve access for everyone. If you experience difficulty accessing any college resource, service or facility, please report the issue using this form. We will review your request and work to address the concern in a timely manner.
Key Information
This service lets students, employees, visitors and members of the public notify NOVA of accessibility concerns so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
- Concerns you can report include:
- Inaccessible websites or documents
- Videos without captions
- Issues with assistive technology
- An inaccessible classroom or building
- Parking or pathway barriers
- Any other obstacle that limits access to NOVA resources, services, programs or facilities
- A NOVA account is not required to submit a report, and concerns may be reported anonymously by selecting the anonymous submission option on the form.
- Providing contact information lets NOVA send you status updates or ask follow-up questions if more detail is needed to resolve the concern.
Eligibility
- Open to anyone. Students, faculty, staff, visitors, community members and members of the public may all submit a report.
- No NOVA account is required, and you do not need to sign in to submit.

Important Guidelines
- If you need immediate assistance or an accommodation while your concern is being reviewed, say so in the form so it can be addressed alongside the report.
- Be as specific as you can about where the barrier is and what it affects. A precise location or web address means the concern can be investigated without having to come back to you for basics.
- You can attach a file — a screenshot, photo or document that shows the barrier often explains it faster than a description alone.
