Overview
This article details the steps to manage applications on the NOVA Virtual Lab. You can access an application, save a file from an application to the local drive, and sign out of an application.
Access an Application on the Citrix Desktop

Follow the steps to Access the NOVA Virtual Lab to launch the Citrix Workspace App.

Select the Apps tab.

Select the application you wish to access and then select Open.

Check the checkbox to always allow https://virtualstudent.nvcc.edu to open the application and then click the Open button when prompted.

Review the Information Technology Ethics Agreement and click the OK button.

Check the Do not ask me again for this site checkbox and then select Permit use.
The application displays.
Save a File from an Application to a Local Drive

Select File > Save As.

Select the Local Drive, enter the file name, and click the Save button.
Sign Out of an Application

Select the X icon at the top-right corner of the application.
