Change or Reset Your myNOVA (VCCS) Password and Retrieve Your myNOVA (VCCS) Username

Students can change or reset their myNOVA (VCCS) password without contacting the IT Help Desk. Refer to the following resources for more information:

Set Up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for myNOVA (VCCS)

Students are required to set up and use MFA to access myNOVA (VCCS) critical tools (i.e., Canvas, SIS, and Zoom).

There are three common methods for MFA using your mobile device: Push Notification, Text Notification, and Time-Based One Time Password (TOTP) Notification.
